Color of the Year Bags
The Challenge
Dunn Edwards came to us for producing their Color of the Year (C.O.T.Y.) bags in high volume. They needed the bags to complement their existing collateral materials, laminated and the color had to be spot on.
Our Plan of Action
The design team submitted several concepts. Once one was chosen, we worked with one of our preferred bag vendors to produce the high-volume order overseas. To ensure the color would be spot on we included a color card provided by Dunn-Edwards and cross-referenced Pantone colors that most closely matched. Dunn-Edwards was very happy with the pre-production sample and moved forward with production. We have been producing their C.O.T.Y. bags ever since.
Custom Laser Tape Measure
The Challenge
Balfour Beatty came to us looking for 500 custom 2-in1 Laser Tape Measures. The biggest challenge was they needed it in their hands in less than 45 days. The manufacturer was overseas. Overseas custom orders typically take 90-120 days to receive.
Our Plan of Action
We worked with one of our preferred vendors to liaison with the manufacturer in China. They were able to overnight a sample for approval within one week’s time and committed to delivering the tape measure on time. The client was extremely pleased with the product and turnaround time.
Mountain Air Country Club
The Challenge
Mountain Air Country Club came to us looking to execute a strategy to increase membership.
Our Plan of Action
With Mountain Air Country Club’s unique offering – “Fly In” it made the most sense to create and invitation that looked like an airline ticket. The invitation was not only well received, it resulted in unprecedented attendance and a 30% increase in membership.
Full Color Photo Imprint
The Challenge
Balfour Beatty came to us looking for t-shirt for their upcoming project closing party. The biggest challenge was they needed the full color architectural rendering to imprint on the t-shirts.
Our Plan of Action
We worked with our printer to produce this design using simulated process printing vs cmyk printing. This simulated process screen printing puts emphasis on the use of halftones of ink colors and gradients to capture the most realistic and vibrant reproduction of the original and with very little footprint. Balfour employees were elated on with the results.
